Job opportunities are plentiful in Orlando. With its central Florida location, warm, sunny weather, and large service industry workers come to the town in droves. While Walt Disney World takes center stage as the biggest draw and largest employer, other areas of food service and entertainment also round out the job opportunities. It seems to the locals that if one is looking for amusement, the fun doesn't stop at the parks. The town's nights are as jam-packed with fun as the days.

In addition to the parks, there are many theme restaurants such as Medieval Times, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, Bongos Cuban Cafe. No place in the world loves a theme better than Orlando. In terms of dining establishments, you can find everything from bedrooms to barrooms to medieval castles. Creative restaurateurs have applied their pull-out-all-the-stops enthusiasm for dining/entertainment combos to come up with themed dining events that have been drawing crowds for nearly two decades.

Visitors longing for a taste from back home will look to such national and local favorites as the Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Ragazzis and Texas Steakhouse. Those craving to work or eat in a different environment might seek out the Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai, and French restaurants. Whether working in the kitchen or on the stage, jobs are plentiful in this area.

Orlando has a veritable smorgasbord of nightly entertainment, headlined by the Victorian-themed Church Street Station (which is spread out across several downtown blocks) that features rock, disco, and Dixieland-Jazz music.

Western music plays nearby -- actually adjacent to Church Street Station -- at the Cheyenne Saloon, and there are several other entertainment venues that have sprouted up around the Church Street and Orange Avenue area.
